Pencil

The Pencil Tool allows you to draw in or manipulate existing data shown in any of the Graphic Editor window's 'continuous data' displays (e.g., Controller, Pitch Bend, After Touch, Poly After Touch, Program Change, Average Velocity, or Tempo). Use the Pencil Tool to draw in or graphically edit Tempo, Average Velocity, Controller, AfterTouch, Polyphonic After Touch, Program Changes, and Pitch Bend data. The Pencil Tool is especially useful for drawing in data on-the-fly.
