Paste Groove Paste Groove allows you to review or edit any of the existing Metro grooves. To view anyMetro groove, select a new track or an area within an existing track, and choosethe Paste Groove submenu under Groove Quantize in the Setup menu. This will paste the selected groove at the current insertion point forviewing and editing. Be sure to choose Add Selection as Groove if you want to save any changes to a new Metro groove.
