Average Velocity Typing the v key, or choosing Average Velocity from the Data Type pop-up menu within thecurrent track’s titlebar, changes the current track to show Note Velocity data. Whenmultiple notes are playing simultaneously within a track, corresponding velocitieswill be averaged when shown in the Average Velocity display. Velocities can beedited using the Pencil and Curve Tools, or selected using the Arrow Tool.
