Adding Additional Verses Popular music often contains multiple verses , with each verse’s text immediately below the previous verse. METRO supports up to eightverses per staff. To add an additional verse, click the Verse field of the lyric and enter anumber of the verse. Make sure that you have entered the correct starting measurein the Measure field; otherwise your lyric verses will not line up properly. After you add the new lyric, click the Apply Changes button to add this verseto the score.
