Applying a lyric To put the lyrics you have just typed on the score, click the Apply Changes button. Lyrics go to the staff that the cursor was in last, so be sure toclick somewhere in the staff you want before pressing the Apply Changes button. METRO places the lyrics according to the rules listed above, starting from thespecified measure.
