Audio All audio edits performed within Metro are of a nondestructive nature, inother words, a new audio file is created during each audio process. AIFF files containing the processed audio data are created in the same folder asthe Metro document file. Metro’s built-in file management capabilities handle the tracking of all audio filesoriginated by Metro edit operations, files that have been replaced or deletedfrom a Metro session are automatically deleted from your hard drive. Forexample, Normalizing a region that has been previously Reversed automaticallydeletes the Reversed audio file (since it has been replaced by the new Normalizedfile).
