Save As Portable Bundle Choose Save As Portable Bundle to collect and save all audio regions associated with a Metro session to a single file. Once the save as dialog is opened there is a popup menu letting you choose te type of bundle file you want to save. A Compacted Bundle File is the same as a portable bundle file but only regions of audio that are currently exposed are saved. Saving as a Compacted Bundle File can save a substantial amount of disk space. Name the Metro Bundle file in the dialog box and save it to disk, typically to a removable media format for interchange between systems. Metro Bundle files append all audio regions and external video contained within a Metro session to a Metro document file. Use the Open command to open Metro Bundle files, which open the Metro document file along with its saved audio and video files. Save As Portable Bundle is an excellent means to consolidate audio data within a Metro session.
