Placing Events at Precise Locations in the Sections Event Editor Window You can either specify an insert location before inserting the event or placethe start time of the event after you insert it. To specify an insert location before inserting the event, select the event orrange of events, then press Command-= or choose Set Selection from the Edit menu, set the desired location in the dialog box, and click OK. Alternately, you can insert the desired event and then adjust its start timeto move the event where you want it. Click on the event’s Bar/ Beat/Clock column and enter a new value to adjust its start time location. Time signature events can only occur on Bar boundries.
