Accompaniment: 2-Finger Logic.

Postby Lytz1 » Fri Oct 26, 2018 9:30 am

Hey there.

So this time a question about the accompaniment implementation
of two & three finger logic.

So: (for simplification I default everything from 'C'.)

1 finger defaults to C major.
Second finger one degree down adds a 7th (Cmaj7)
Second finger 3 degrees up is C minor. (Octave down gives diminished)

So far so good.

Are there more 2- finger interpretations?

On three fingers I found out the C9 is 2 & 4 up.

(I am looking especially for the C6. I also found the Cmb5 for example
but I can't really figure out the logic behind it.)

Anyways, this new feature is extremely cool to play around with.
Some tips on the finger logic would be great.

Best,
tL.

I can get C6 by pressing C, E, A. If you cannot please let me know (but C,E,G,A should work). It does definitely depend on the scales that are defined (setup menu: scale/chords).

Yep, C-E-A does work.

Not sure why I didn't found it at first.
