Well I installed El Capitan and from a quick pass it does look like Metro 7.2.6 is compatible. I was able to get into a state where I thought the on-screen keyboard was not working but I think it was user error. The on-screen keyboard will not work if a text field is enabled in some other window. When I went back and tried again it appeared to work fine.

Thanks for the update.
OK then I will unleash Metro LX to run in El Capitan and let you know about any problems/glitches since as i am slowly learning there are some glitches in El Capitan.
