Hotmail Problem

I thought you might like to know that Hotmail & probably others are now putting lots of emails including Metro qualify mesages (until you OK them) into the junk folder for spam protection. You might want to mention this in the qualifying instructions. Got a iMac G5 1.8 17" BT this week!

Phil,

Do you mean that Hotmail thinks that valid sagan Technology qualifying messages are junk mail or do you mean that they are sending out bogus 'qualifying Metro' messages?

In either case, is this really a software bug?

The former problem and I thought i'd mention it here though it's not a bug it dosen't fit any other post areas. Users may not catch it and keep contacting (bugging) you for their password as I just about did until I remembered the junk folder.

Thank you. Others have had this problem as well. Since we are notified when a qualification is attempted, it becomes quite apparent when anyone keeps trying to qualify the same license. At that point support will either contact them or they will contact us.
