Cakewalk Instrument Definitions for Roland and Yamaha gear

I need Cakewalks/Metro instrument definition files for my Roland and Yamaha gear so that I can program MacMetro to "pop down" the patch names rather then typing in the patch program numbers.:


I have Roland synths/modules:

XP-80
D20 ( multi-timbral+performance mode )
D110 ( multi-timbral only )
Boss SE50 ( effects process)

I have Yamaha sound module

FB01




I am having some difficulties locating these on the web.

Help please?


Incidently, I have the patch files for these synths in FreeMIDI and OMS/Galaxy format, used in FreeMIDI and OMS running in OS 9 and earlier. Is there some way to convert those files to Cakewalk/Metro format in case there are no ready made Cakewalk/Metro files for my synths/modules?
