I found the reason why....
The folders saved without my plug-in "stylus RMX " have the good tempo changes, but since I work with this plug I must have done something wrong.
but I don't know what for instance...

If you have a midi track running at 120bpm select an area like bars 3 to 6 and then change the tempo on the transport window to say 150bpm.

then the track will go

120 bpm 1-2
150 bpm 3-6
120 bpm 7-onward.

Is the stylus plugin driving the tempo?
That could be the problem.

If stylus is running samples at a certain speed, stylus is overriding the metro 'tempo'.

Did you go to the section event editor and see if there are multiple tempo changes?

how can I change the global tempo when there is multiple tempo changes in a song ?

I want to reduce the song's tempo, but if I change the tempo, all the multiple tempos changes are erased, and only the defined tempo remains.

You could use the slider in the transport to scale all of the songs tempo changes.
