Dr. Francis Boyle

Dr. Francis Boyle drafted the U.S. domestic document implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush.

He joins Owen Shroyer live via Skype to deliver his expert analysis on the U.S. run biolabs in the Ukraine.

The trusted news initiative currently consists of the BBC, Google, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram to Twitter and Microsoft and major news organizations and others – from the European Broadcasting Union, the Wall Street Journal and The Hindu to Reuters, AFP, The Financial Times, CBC/Radio-Canada, First Draft, The Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, Washington Post, AP and the LA Times. The irony of “The trusted news initiative” is stunning.
