removing soundfont banks

Is there a way to remove soundfont bank names from the popup menu without starting again?

If you delete it from a track the names remain.
There are about 5 soundfonts here though the are named the same way.........but there was only one or two still on a track when the snap was taken.


It's up to the soundfont author to name them......... correct?
