Metro 6 and Korg's Legacy Collection VST

Hey,

Is anyone currently using Korg's Legacy Collection with Metro?
I've been recording my old Korg PolySix and think it's time to upgrade
to using VST/coreAudio Synths.

Thanks,

Yes,

I have the Korg legacy collection and it works great. There are a couple of glitches in v1.0 that hopefully they will work out and the legacy cell synth uses quite a bit of processor but overall an excellent package. The audio effects are excellent as well.

The major glitch is that one of the synths, I think Legacy cell, does not auto-restore properly when a saved document is loaded. This is only a problem with the AU and the VST version works fine (Please note: I could have this backward, i.e. AU works fine). So the work around is simply to use the plug-in that works. Polysix, Wavestation and the other synths works fine.

I am in contact with the author and he is aware of any problems that we have run into using Metro and the Legacy collection.

Also upon request I have a Polysix.ins file available that can be used to see the program names in Metro. And controller names in Metro 6.2.1.7 and greater which is as of yet, unreleased.

Wow!

Thanks for all the info Jerm.
Looks like I'll be purchasing Legacy Collection soon.

As usual, I'm impressed with the support and compatibility that you've created around Metro. You save us users from any headaches and confusion we may ourselves create.
