BrassFunk is a piece from 2005. The first half was played with an old Fender elite strat and the second was played using a brand new (at the time) mexican Fender strat with noiseless pickups. All the other instruments are played on a Korg Triton Extreme. The strat is played through a Roland GP-100 guitar preamp.
What do you get when you use a Metropolis to mix 4 zebras, a modulating delay with a simple drum core all through a classic limiter on a windows PC?
You get a zebdub.
DirtyB Spring Jam is a piece from 2008 that I did some recent work on. The guitar is a Fender Strat played through a Roland GP-100 Guitar Amp Processor. The horns are using Korg’s M1 plug-in. The organ, drums and percussion are being produced by a Korg Triton Extreme.
I finished PhaseCover yesterday using 2 instances of IK Multimedia’s SampleMoog, Drums done using Submersible Music’s DrumCore 3 and an instance of Humanoid Systems Scanned Synth Pro 2.
I finished Softexion today using 6 instances of Discovery Pro and one instance of Addictive Drums. It was created using Metro (as always) on a 2.1 gHz MacBook Pro without any additional Music hardware.
I wrote PluckedString today using the Korg Triton Extreme and the plug-in Kontakt 3 using some sounds from the GPO Library.
The first track is a short one I composed and performed from June this year. Thus far I have written 127 songs this year.
