Digital Audio Dialog Options: Switch Without Stopping MIDI If you want to use your Modem or Printer port for some other purpose, such asrunning another MIDI application, be sure that the Switch without stopping MIDI option is unchecked. Unchecking this option causes Metro to stop playingwhen switched into the background. If you don’t want to use your Modem or Printer port simultaneously with MIDIapplications, be sure that Switch without stopping MIDI is checked to continue MIDI playback when Metro is switched into thebackground. Enabling the Switch without stopping MIDI feature is the suggested operating configuration.
