All Notes Off To turn off stuck notes, choose All Notes Off, which sends a messageto all MIDI devices to turn all notes off. Check your MIDI device's user manual to make sure your device recognizes 'All Notes Off' messages. Metro will send a slow All Notes Off message if Use Slow Method for All Notes Off is selected under General Preferences (File menu).
