Groove Named When you quantize a track to a groove, you can use a specific groove that hasbeen previously recorded as an example of the rhythm you want the quantizeparameters to follow. Click the Groove named: button and select an appropriate Metro Groove from the pop-up menu. The Metro Groove chosen will be used as your rhythm 'template' for the quantization operation. Any selection of data can be quantized to a Metro Groove.
