Could you program a "Check for Updates..." in Metro LX and other Metro applications ?

The about box tells you unobtrusively that there is a new version available if there is one.

If you are running a version of Metro prior to 6.5 and you go to the about box you will see something like:

New Version Available: 6.5

OK, just for greater certainty, if you issue an update to Metro LX 6.5 the about box will tell me at that time that there is an update ?

OK i now see how it works by installing an old version.
