SaganTech-Metronome.vst

In the Metro LX 6.3.5 folder there is a " SaganTech-Metronome.vst " plug however there is no read me file to tell me what are the features or how to use this plug.

First of all do just place this plug in my OS X 10.4.4 OS X VST plug-ins folder?

No, This is in the correct place. It is used internally for the sample accurate metronome.
