anyone using metro se? thoughts?

i've been considering it, though it seems so basic, i think it might fit my needs perfectly. i'm a ableton live owner/user, and quite happy with it's way of doing things. however, i'd like a program i can use a vsti, or use my external synth to generate/record elements for live. would metro SE be that program?

the big concern i have is... it says 4 effects or ONE instrument? is this total for the whole composition/project, or is this per channel (of which there are 4)?

that rhythm explorer looks VERY interesting as well.

if it's the answer i'm hoping for, i'll be ordering tomorrow. wish there was an online version, so there'd be no tax or shipping! i don't need anymore boxes!

There is an online version of Metro SE - I ordered it the day before yesterday.
Download, setup and registration was done in a few minutes

The effects are the total for one project. Same for the one VSTi. But you can bounce them anytime.
