Wal-Mart's new fashion line is called "Metro 7"!!!

Hey, I just happened to go to Wal-Mart's home page and saw they have a new fashion line called "Metro 7". Apparently a registered trademark. So how does this effect Sagan Technology's Metro when version 7 comes out? Will it have to be called something different?

I doubt they can prove prior use. Besides I think that it would only be a problem if the products were in the same industry.

If Sagan's Metro 7 is a few years off, the fashion line would be rebranded by then.

Will Walmart have a forum or just a complaints and returns section?

I think it's OK unless Walmart calls their clothing line "Metro 7 pre-release!"

It's taken 3 years to get to 6.3 from 6.0.........unless you can think of something radical that Jerm will think is a masterful idea to instantly take Metro into a new and polished version 7...with an upgrade path.........I would think it's a while off.

Hmm . . . maybe a co-branded SaganTech/Walmart Metro 7 . . . coded by children in a sweatshop somewhere!

All kidding aside, Metro gets better all the time . . . it's really not important to me if it's called 6.x or 7.x.

Is Walt-Mart Metro line the same or not? I will check my Walt-Mart Store
today or soon. This might be a major issue if sagantech did'n sell it to

I sorry about my miss reading of the issue. But italk to the solfwhere men
and a metro is in some store. But not where I live. So yes somone I guesss is selling some softwhere name Metro. I will keep a eye on it.
Unless your got a store to sell it which is good.
