Metro LX 6.3 reviewed in Electronic Musician Magazine

Postby Jazzdude » Wed Aug 31, 2005 6:09 pm

I just received the September issue of Electronic Musician magazine, which has an article entitled, "Sequencing on a Shoestring". Metro LX 6.3 is reviewed (along with several other sequencers) on page 78 and 80. Some very positive things are said about Metro and Sagan Technology. I don't see the article available on the EM website yet, but it probably won't be long. The concluding statement says,

"For recording, editing, and processing audio and MIDI, Metro LX qualifies as one of the more capable sequencers in its price range."

How do you like them apples?

Yeah, they are supposed to send me a copy of that magazine. I would like to check it out.

Congrats, Jeremy! More people need to know about Metro - not just as a budget sequencer, but as an alternative to Logic, DP, etc. I would love to see a major music mag give notice to the full version - recognizing its CPU performance and stability (a rare commodity these days).
