Hi all !!!

I'd like to know if I buy online "Metro 6 music sequencer" (maybe LX version) or "Séquenceur Metro 6.2" if it'll work on my Mac Intel or if I'll have to buy an upgrade.

I believe some of the older versions will work under Rosetta.

For NATIVE Intel Mac support you would need one of the newer versions of Metro (Full, LX or SE).

If you buy Metro LX you will get the NATIVE version.

Yes. Note that however the French Version is not a Universal Binary (UB) yet so you will need to use the English language version.
