Should, or maybe more important **could** Sagantech sue Microsoft?

Even though this may be a very good case, I'm guessing that MS has lawyers that could eat any case for breakfast... no matter how much they are to blame. Perhaps with MS' somewhat recent verdicts, the courts may not let them get away with this kind of thing anymore.

Perhaps a public case may bring our Metro some good press.
