If "Local Help" is selected in Toolbar Help menu

Both "Metro Online Help Centre" and "Online Manual" give error message "-43 file not found"

When it is deselected, "Online Manual" is OK, but "Metro Online Help Center" brings up a blank page with the URL www.sagantech.biz/support/help.htm

Same in Safari and Firefox

If Local help is the same as context sensitive help, it is accessible using the keyboard shortcut = shift/ command/forward slash

Local help will only work if you install the local help available from our downloads page by downloading the online manual and placing it in the correct place.

As for the other problem I am looking into it....

The second problem has been fixed. I guess this was broken after a recent web site update. Thanks.
