I am using the latest version of Metro SE and I can no longer get the banks and programs to appear correctly in the Tracks window.

I used to be able to drag the DLSMusicDevice plugin on top of Aux 1 and then choose a track in the Mixer. I would then change the port on the track to DLSMusicDevice and rename it. When I would go into Tracks Window and change the Output to reflect my renamed track, I could change my bank to dls1 or dls2, etc. and my program name would be the name of the sound I wanted to use... usually General MIDI program name. (Because I usually use GM soundfonts.)

Now all I get in the bank and program sections of the Tracks window are numbers... no dls1 or dls2, etc. or the program name.

Any advice? I wrote a great walk-through a while back that helped at least on Metro user, so I know (or used to know) what I'm doing. Has something changed? I tested this in 6.0.8 SE and the new pre-release as well as the full demo. I experience the same problem in all versions.

Yes. This is a problem that was introduced with QuickTime 6.4. It is fixed in Pre-release 6.1.0.3 of Metro, which I hope to get out this week.
