Rewire Effects Crash

I am experiencing a crash following these steps:

Start Metro with a blank project
Enable Rewire
Drag Apple Matrix Reverb into the rewire channel

After the crash, Metro needs to be authorized again.

I wonder if this is connected to Matrix Reverb's four outputs. While I was successfully loading other effects in the rewire channel, I noticed that they all had only two outputs. Then I tried loading the only other known multi-output plugin I have, DS404 sampler, into the rewire channel . . . poof! Just to make sure the last crash wasn't caused by shoving a softsynth in the rewire channel, I tried loading other synths (2 outputs) into it and they did not cause a crash. Hope this helps.
