plugin names at the bottom of the windows menu

If you add a plugin to the effects window, that has an editable window for it's parameters (there's an edit button on the effects window you can click on) its name is added to the bottom of the window menu.

If you add another named plugin to the effects window the first plugin's name is added again to the effect window.


example.......

plugins moved to the effects window named

AAAA
BBBB
CCCC

with appear at the bottom of the windows menu as

AAAA
AAAA
AAAA


This bug is fixed in 6.1.0.2
