Metro OSX Native?

Postby brijazz » Wed May 14, 2003 11:58 am

Is Metro an OSX native application? I ask since I noticed quite a few mentions of OMS in the online manual, although OMS is unnecessary in OSX since the advent of CoreMidi/CoreAudio. If so, I'll be buying MetroSE!

Metro is stored in an Application package which contains a completely OS X native version using Mach-O and also an OS 9 version using CFM.

So the short answer is 'Yes'.

OMS in the manual is probably a bit of baggage from Metro 5 which required it.

I was very pleased when version 6 didn't need it and there was one less item for me to install. :D
