We do not have an iPad (or an iPhone) at this time.

I'm more interested in a basic generic iOS or Android DAW controller app that will work with Metro 7.

I see there is an iOS app called DAW Control that works with DAWs that support Mackie Protocol.

I can't see Metro running on an iPad . There is not enough screen real estate and no support for displaying multiple windows.

There are a few iOS DAWs for basic midi recording and midi file export if you want ultra mobility. Good for maybe sketching out ideas.

My iPad Air does work well for PDF manuals using dropbox and online help.
