CountOff Question

Postby fastlanephil » Wed Jan 30, 2013 9:08 pm

Hi Jeremy,

When I have midi data on a track(s) and arm another track to record on if I select the CountOff option in the Transport controls the other tracks start playing before the count off is finished on armed track and recording begins.

So lets say I sequenced a piano part and that track is finished. Then I am adding strings to so many measures at a time and want to have a count off when I am sequencing more and more of the string track.

Is there a way to make the CountOff work in that circumstance.

Phil,

I have no idea what you are talking about. Can you rephrase the question please?

You should hear nothing but the count-off until recording commences. If you do, I am pretty sure that would be a bug.
