Scroll Racks with mouse

Postby Vigner » Tue Jan 22, 2013 10:34 am

Hi!!

When i chain my effects in the Effects Synth "rack", i cannot access the ones lastly added.

Jeremy there would be useful if we scrool all the effects in that window.

I dont understand how side chain functions, for what i've reads is very confusing. Could be a better away of using it? More simple to access and use?

I think fades and crossfades in audio editing could be done like others DAWS (using the mouse to control fade curves), as a user mentioned in the forum!!

Can metro interface be more costumized or have new colors or even a change! The interface is so old looking!! But the app is very usefull indeed!! :)

Hope to see more changes in the future!!

Thnx!!

As for me, I don't like this idea. Why turn everything into colorful "nice" mess? Even if it will make program "modern-looking".
After some time I get used to Metro interface and I like it.
All these "modern-looking" DAWs with huge colored buttons and blinking animated controls are just a waste of screen space and CPU cycles. I use Metro on 13-inch MBP and it fits the screen. That's good! Because it's useful, not because of "inspiring graphics" and all the bells and whistles.

But...

I don't understand. You have access to everything. If you resize the window you should be able to see all of the plug-ins instantiated. If not please post or email me a picture of the problem.

Alternatively you can access ALL plug-ins in a chain via the graphic editor or track window popups. Simply select the plug-in (with a check mark) from the popup menu to edit them. Also you can add plug-ins to the chain with the popup menus too, simply hold the shift-key and select a new plug-in from the menu. The shift-key will add the plug-in to the end of the chain.
