Could someone tell me how it's possible to add some Lyrics, words, page scan, to metro documents under os X ?

Yes I can tell you.
No it's not currently possible in OSX.

Something for Jerm and the team at Sagan to work on for future updates.

If you select the option it tells you to use OS9.
Is it possible for you to boot into OS9?
