reset to beginning of section when changing sections

I would find it very helpful if playback would default to time 00:00:00 every time one switches from one section to a different section in the Section Window. As it is now playback resumes wherever the counter was stopped, which is inappropriate relative to the new section chosen. At the very least, one would like to have the option for this to be made the default action when changing sections.
