What plug-ins were used and what were their settings...

I opened a Metro LX project file created last month that just had a couple of audio tracks and midi tracks. At the time i applied some plug--in effects ( iZotope Ozone and AudioEase AltiVerb ) to the audio tracks. I think i also applied a virtual instrument to the midi track but may have not.

I still have those same plugs.

Today ( 1/6/10 ) i installed the new Metro LX 6.4.9.1 and opened that file because it still required some serious editing but could not tell or do not know where to look to ascertain what plug's i had used.

How do i confirm what effect or even virtual instrument plug-ins were used in that project file ?

If you applied the effects using the off-line effects menu you are on your own to remember what you did. There is no record.

If you applied the effects by using them as real-time effects then they should still be on the track (or aux buss) and you can view which plugs are applied via the windows menu and the settings via the effects editor window.

It may be a good idea to keep track by jotting notes down on the note pad.
