Need Help With v. 5 File Conversion

Hi,

Although I no longer use Metro, I just stumbled across a version 5 Metro file which I am unable to open. It contains midi files which are important to me and which I'd like to use again.

Is there anyone here who could convert the file to midi for me?

I appreciate any assistance you could provide.
