How to PodCast with SAGAN METRO?

Is anyone familiar with PodCasting? I am preparing to create an online audio show, and I need to know the best way to use Metro (post production) to prepare to go live with it.

Hello Joe,

Have you tried this?

I think you should get the MP3 components so that once you have a finished audio file you can convert it to MP3 within Metro.
