Important Information for Comcast and AT&T customers!

Postby Jerm » Sun Dec 10, 2006 5:00 pm

We have recently been having troubles with Comcast and AT&T blocking our emails. They try to say we are blocked due to spam but we have never sent a single piece of spam ever. However it is possible that some business that buys the same shared hosting plans may be spamming. Anyway after repeated attempts to get them to lift the block they have not yet responded. Therefore we suggest all Comcast and AT&T customers do one of the following:

A. Use a different email address.
B. Complain to comcast or AT&T that your important NON-SPAM emails are being blocked.
C. Email us the number needed for support and we will send you the name required to complete installation.

We recommend 'B' in conjuction with the other options in any case.
