I HAVE A MAC MINI G4 1.25/1 GIG MEM. OSX 10.4.5 AND I AM USING A FIREWIRE SOLO AUDIO INTERFACE.I HAVE A M- AUDIO KEYSTATION 49E USB MIDI KEYBOARD.
I DOWN LOADED THE LATEST VERSION OF METRO (FULL VERSION) AND WHEN I LOAD ANY SOUNDFONT I GET NO SOUND.ON THE TRACK I SEE THE METER MOVE WHEN I PLAY THE KEYS.
EVERYTHING WORKS FINE IN METRO 6.3.3
I ALSO LOADED THE LATEST DRIVER FOR THE FIREWIRE SOLO.
IS THIS VERSION COMPATIBLE WITH MY MAC MINI?

As a test does the soundfont work straight out of the mac?

If so is the sound 'ported' across to the firewire solo? - have outputs been allocated to it from the menu option 'modify outputs and busses', and have they been selected.

Just wondering if 6.3.5 reset your metro system configuration back to standard.

Make sure you visit the digital audio dialog and select the correct audio device (SOLO). Most likely the output port is set to go out the SOLO's analog when you want it to go out SPDIF or visa versa. First make sure you have created audio outputs on the correct audio port, then go to the effects window and click on the effects output popup and select the correct audio output. If it is an aux, you may have to double click on the aux name in the mixer window to configure its output.

my defaults were not set like i had them set on version 6.3.3
