It doesn't happen when just compacting and re opening on the same computer?
Would it happen if the file was .sitx and then transferred and re opened?
Would it happen if it was not a 'compacted' bundle?
Burned a bundle as a Mac disk?
Both Macs have the same Metro version?
Jerm wrote:Well it is definitely not the resource fork since there is no resource fork for bundle files. Can you point me to a URL of .bndl file online that fails? I would be very interesting in getting to the bottom of this.
Jerm wrote:I think initially just publish the .bndl file on a server somewhere. If that does not help then publish the .sit file.
Jerm wrote:Okay the bundle file is fine. The file type is not being set properly when going across PC land. This will be addressed in the next pre-release but you can use a program like resedit to set the file type of test.bndl to 'Mbun'. Then it opens fine.
