It is just a basic question and I may be reading too much into it, but I'm not sure if I could afford the $135 for the LX either. I notice by the specs that the LX version doesn't have either humanize or data extraction capabilities as well, so I'm assuming by your question that it may be a simple matter of adding the code (even as easily as cutting and pasting and re-compiling) to make a sort of build to order feature set...again maybe I'm assuming too much. I think I'd be willing to pay $100 for the Metro SE with just the two additional features. Please tell me what the possibilities are?
By the way, I don't currently have any copy of Metro but I am very interested in purchasing one as this seems to be the best, most straight-forward, OSX-based midi sequencer that I have found thus far. I've been trying to get my old old MasterTracks Pro to work in OSX for some time now but am about to give up as there seems to be too many fixes to make. Heck, I can't even get my current mac to generate NMI's
