Panning stereo tracks

Hi! I just wonder how panning of stereo tracks work in Metro. If I pan a track completely to the right, is audio moved from left to right or is the left side muted and the right side boosted?

For stereo tracks the pan is really a balance. The left track is muted when the pan is hard right.
