Patch Name Maps

Postby w » Sun Oct 03, 2004 9:46 am

First let me ask how come there are hardly any patch maps in the Metro>>Program Names and Drum Folder?

I need patch name maps for my Roland gear and just can't locate them on the www.

Is there an archieve @ Sagan of patch name maps ?

If not how can I make my own patch name maps to load into Metro?

What is the specific roland device or devices you are looking for? Almost every device's instrument definition (.ins) file can be found here.

That's the "here" I was looking for.

Many thanks.

I've downloaded the Roland patch maps and now will try to install them into Metro SE/LX.

Why can't the "here" be provided within the folder "Program Names & Drum Kits".

Or, is that url provided somewhere within a read me file.

Well, I guess it could but since you have to be online anyway the best place to look for anything related to Metro would be our Links page.
