Insert/delete blank time in Metro SE?

Does Metro SE let you insert and or delete arbitrary amounts of blank time in MIDI tracks? If yes, can you do all tracks at once, or is it in individual tracks only?

I have MetroSE 6.25 Demo here.
It does do it.

Open a midi document.

Open the tracks window and drag an area across the bar numbers.

Then choose insert time from the EDIT menu.

Thanks, Scoot. I downloaded the demo and played a while and discovered what you did. Then I realized I could do everything I wanted to in the graphical window on one or more tracks at the same time. Works great.
