Stuffit Expander is no longer shipped as part of the OS in Tiger, so when downloading Metro there is no way to decompress the archive!

It might be wise to either do a .dmg or a .zip for future versions...

For info, downloading Stuffit Expander these days requires you to sell your soul, your mother, give your credit card over and hope for the best.

Thanks for the tip. We will take this into consideration in the future. We need a format that will restore the resource fork as well as the data fork.

I just upgraded the Stuffit Expander and all they really want is a real email address to send you info which you can opt out of after the first mailing. There was no Easter egg hunt for the free version as some companies require.

Apple's implementation of .zip in Panther supports resource forks. And of course, .dmg disk images do as well!
