SampleTank 2 version update problem

I installed SampleTank 2 and went through the authorization process. I checked their site and up loaded and installed the current version. I selected the vst version in Metro and was asked to authorize it. My serial # was already there and when I pasted the authorization code from their email I got a wrong code message and couldn't finish the process. I emailed their support about it but was wondering if any one else has run into this problem. I also tried to select "new authorization code" but I get a message on their support site that I already have a code.

My M-Audio Radium61 went bad this week also. It's still under the 90 day warranty.

I have installed Sampletank II perhaps 3 times without any of the problems you mention.

Somethings wrong. Possibly the code they sent me is not the same as my original authorization code. I'm kind of in a loop here. If that isn't it they could always issue me a new serial # to start over.

Also I just emailed Gary Garritan about looking for a new player for his GPO. That's what I would be doing. Germans(NI) can be very stubborn.

I think there are three different codes that you need to keep straight. The machine ID, the serial number and the resultant unock authorization code. Make sure you are using the right one in the right place or, of course, contact IK multimedia tech support.

If you create a username and password on their site you can login and obtain new authorizations (up to 3 i think) right away online. Here is the web site to login. You can even view your info on current installations.

What happened was my Digital ID changed for some reason but now i'm up and running. I did trash four gigs or so of files from another volume on my HD but that shouldn't change anything. I contacted them about it and i'll see what they say as this could get expensive. Thanks for the input.

I received an email in reply of my consern about the three free authorizations phrase. They said " Hey, just use your third one when you need to and will give you some more." They sound cool.
