vertical tracking for knob controls

vertical tracking (drag up = increment, drag down = decrement) for knob-style controls like panpots in the mixer window would be cool, especially for trackball users.

I know there are complimentary dial controls that do vertical tracking for panpots and channel faders however they aren't realtime (the value isn't applied until mouse-up).

I am not really sure what you mean. Metro does rotary control of panpots only I believe.

sorry i don't mean "dial" i mean "spinbox" (good name?). the complimentary spinbox controls for the panpot rotaries. the spinbox controls do vertical tracking but only apply the value on mouse up, they're not continuous.
